Aerosmith Treats Wounded Soldiers

Aerosmith plays the Nissan Pavilion in Bristow Virginia on June 21st which falls on Joey Kramer’s birthday. Joey wanted to do something special on that night, so he invited 20 Iraq veterans who have had traumatic injury while on duty. Some of these soldiers are amputees and others have had serious shrapnel wounds, burns and brain injuries.
Joey has said that it is a privilidge for him to share the night with the soldiers.
“I can’t think of a better gift to receive on my birthday than to have the privilege of sharing a night of our music with these brave and heroic warriors who have been wounded in the service of our country.”
